This plugin does the job while many other plugins don’t include this feature. ALL of them have issues showing a simple image in full screen. This is the ONLY plugin which has no bloat, and is able to easily show images as full screen. Also a HUGE plus for not taking over the Admin Menu, it sits perfectly in setting > popup. Instead of ALL the other plugins pushing their plugin into the main menu options.
