I have a Woo site where I need around 30 shipping rules which are based on a combination
of shipping addresses, user roles and package weight. There are also a number of
criteria for when free shipping should be applied based on order value and user
role. Advanced rule based shipping made it easy to implement the rules, and it just
works! In addition, I had a need for a condition for a rule which was not present.
Repon, the developer responded to my request quickly and in less than 24 hours,
the enhancement was released an working! Fantastic plugin and support!

EDITED: I am using the full paid version and it is working very well. I will most
definitely invest into more tools from this company and Repon. You will not find
a more powerful shipping tool. Repon is also excellent with support and assisting
