## Beskrivelse

This lightweight plugin adds a master toggle under Settings > General to completely
enable or disable comments network-wide. It also features a secure database formatting
tool to clean out comment tables instantly.

## Installasjon

 1. Upload the plugin folder to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory, or upload the
    ZIP file via Plugins > Add New.
 2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress.
 3. Configure settings under Settings > General.
