## Beskrivelse

DiscusHub is a lightweight, responsive, and open-source community platform for WordPress.
It turns any website into an interactive community forum using the `[discushub]`
shortcode.

#### Features

 * **Native Authentication:** Integrates directly with core WordPress user login
   and registration.
 * **AJAX Live Search & Filtering:** Find topics instantly and filter by Latest,
   Popular, Unanswered, or Solved.
 * **User Profiles:** Click on any user to view their earned points, badges, and

 * **Moderation Tools:** Admins and topic authors can Pin topics to the top, Lock
   discussions to prevent new replies, and report inappropriate content.
 * **Profanity Filter:** Automatically censor specific banned words with asterisks(***)
   via the admin settings.
 * **Image Uploads:** Direct image uploads for topics and replies (max 1MB limit).
 * **Honeypot Anti-Spam:** Hidden fields block automated bot submissions.
 * **Thread Pagination:** Fast browsing with numeric page selectors.
 * **Markdown & Syntax Highlighting:** Quick buttons for formatting, plus Prism.
   js support for beautiful code blocks.
 * **Automated SEO Schema:** Includes `DiscussionForumPosting` JSON-LD schema for
   search engines.
 * **Gamification & Badges:** Reputation points system with automated badge tiers.
 * **No-Code Translation Manager:** Edit and translate any frontend text directly
   from the admin panel.

## Installasjon

 1. Upload the `discushub` folder to your `/wp-content/plugins/` directory, or install
    the .zip directly via WordPress Plugins screen.
 2. Activate the plugin through the **Plugins** menu in WordPress.
 3. Create a new page and add the shortcode `[discushub]`.
 4. Publish the page to launch your forum.
 5. Go to **Settings > DiscusHub Settings** to configure custom text and moderation
    filters.
