Easy Scroll To Top is a WordPress plugin to add a button that appears only when users scroll down the page allowing them to scroll to the top of the page. No need to configure, just active the plugin. Then automatically a scroll up button will be appear on the bottom of your scrolling pages.

Installasjon
Through Dashboard
- Log in to your WordPress admin panel and go to Plugins -> Add New
.2. Type easy scroll to top in the search box and click on search button. - Find easy scroll to top plugin.
- Then click on Install Now after that activate the plugin.
- Now check your scrolling pages.
Installing Via FTP
- Download the plugin to your hardisk.
- Unzip.
- Upload the «easy-scroll-to-top» folder into your plugins directory.
- Log in to your WordPress admin panel and click the Plugins menu.
- Then activate the plugin.
- Now check your scrolling pages.

I researched a lot of scroll-to-top WordPress plugins and this one is by far the easiest to setup and use. I just installed and activated. The scroll-to-top arrow is non-obtrusive and only appears after the user starts scrolling down. It works well on both the desktop and mobile/responsive versions of my site. The arrow has a clean, modern, and neutral design making it a good fit for all sites.
