Adds a simple 'Post-it' widget to the Dashboard that allows you to leave yourself or other authors a note. The plugin can be configured and moved around as any other Dashboard widget. It will accept plain text or (sanitized) HTML. Only users with the capability \"Edit dashboard\" can edit the note.<\/p>\n\n

This simple plugin is based on code from WP Engineer<\/a> and Ricardo González Castro<\/a>. Leave your comments here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n

  1. Upload the plugin folder to the \/wp-content\/plugins\/<\/code> directory<\/li>\n
  2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress<\/li>\n
  3. Go to your Dashboard and click 'configure' to edit the text of your Post-it note.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

    What about multiple instances?<\/dt>\n

    Although it should be relatively easy to add support for multiple instances of this widget, I am not planning to add such functionality at this time. If you want to contribute some code, do contact me<\/a> and I will consider extending the plugin.<\/p><\/dd>\n
