This plugin provides a simple installation of Grappin on your WordPress site.
Grappin is a micro-survey service that makes it easy for you to get feedback.
The widget is beautiful by default, and it’s customizable to best match your brand.
Easily measure user satisfaction (CSAT), Net Promoter Score (NPS) or Customer Effort Score (CES) as your users browse your site. You can then from the dashboard see your insights and export your data

Installasjon
Simple installation
The Grappin plugin can be installed via the WordPress plugin library.
- Navigate to the «Plugins» section in your WordPress dashboard
- Click on «Add New» and search for the «Grappin» plugin
- Install and then activate the plugin
Manual installation
Alternatively, you can also install the Grappin plugin manually:
- Download the Grappin plugin as a zip file.
- Upload the folder
grappinto the/wp-content/plugins/directory - Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
Configuration
Once installed, go to «Settings > Grappin» and enter your Grappin ID. You can find the ID in your Grappin Dashboard in the «Documentation» section. (Only available in French for now)
