- Abandoned Cart Recovery (Premium automation) — when a customer leaves the checkout without paying, inSIM automatically sends them an SMS reminder after a configurable delay (default 60 minutes). The SMS includes a one-click recovery link that restores their cart, even from another device.
- «Abandoned cart within last X days» filter criterion (Free) — segment customers who showed abandoned-cart behavior for ad-hoc Campaigns.
- Configurable delay, expiry, and exclusion rules — set everything from WooCommerce > Ardary inSIM > SMS Automations > Activate ‘Abandoned cart reminder’ automation.
