We had a couple small technical issues with the plugin but Matthew Lau stayed with me until the end resolving it and our client is happy, which is huge because the maps are a key aspect of the client's website. Thanks again, Greg Borchardt.

One of the best in the market. Great support beyond expectations. Upon request for fields customization, Mr Matthew Lau from support desk was so kind to deliver ready-to-go piece of code... Which worked out of the box! The only piece in the puzzle missing is a bit messy and UX-weak webpage and spotty online documentation. You guys should really consider hiring a decent UI designer with skills and taste... Otherwise five stars.

We use the Pro version of the plugin as a store locator on our website. We chose the plugin because we can use OpenStreetMap and provide a lot of info to our customers in the info windows. We faced the problem that we wanted to translate input fields of the plugin to German without entering the files. After contacting support, Matthew sent me custom code in no time, which immediately and flawlessly works on our site. A plugin with such a support system is worth its weight in gold. Thank you very much. Sophie

I stuck with one problem I couldn't solve myself. Finally I sent message to support and after few another emails they found solution.
21. juni, 2022
I had an issue with the auto update to version 9.0.0 in that my map failed to display any markers and I had a large debug error message on the screen. Trying to fix it myself, I downloaded the latest zip file via the website, but installing this failed to sort the problem, within the mail containing the download link, was a request to let them know if you had an issue which I did. Support mailed me back exceptionally quickly requesting I set them up with my sites access, which I did, Steven De Beer was the person from support, he was brilliant, the resolution was speedy and he kept me informed throughout. Everything is now perfect and I have the greatest confidence in this plugin and back office support. No problems giving this a 5 star, I'd give it 6 stars if I could. Ian Cooke Chatteris.biz
